Employer Options

If you are an employer looking for an affordable, quality health plan for your employees, you can choose from many options listed below. Whether you are looking for a high level of benefits to reward your employees with the best possible coverage, or searching for basic coverage that’s more affordable, we have the right plan for you.

Regional & Out-of-Area Coverage

We provide the flexibility of locally-managed solutions backed by the resources of a national organization. That means that your local employees have access to a strong regional network of providers who have met our stringent credentialing requirements. You can choose from traditional HMO, POS, or PPO coverage, as well as Coventry Consumer Choices (C3) – our selection of health plans designed to work with HSAs, FSAs, and / or HRAs.

Depending on your coverage, if some of your workforce is out of the area, those employees have access to the Coventry National Network, one of the largest provider networks in the country. It has over 4,700 participating hospitals and 490,000 doctors and allied health care professionals in a wide range of specialties.

Fully Insured or Self-Funded Options

Our fully-insured options deliver comprehensive health benefit solutions that allow you to serve your employees while managing the cost of health care effectively. Coverage for Medicare Beneficiaries

Advantra Freedom is a new Medicare Advantage Private-Fee-For-Service plan designed to take the worry out of paying for medical care while allowing members to see trusted doctors. Members can see any physician who accepts the plans terms and conditions of payment. There are no network restrictions or prior authorizations. Members simply show their ID card at the time of service to let the provider know they are a member of Advantra Freedom.
